What are your terms and conditions of placement services?

We are open to talk on terms and conditions between both of us.

 

What are your placement charges?

 

Our placement charges are 8.33% of annual gross salary (Cost to Company) for Fresher/Entry level, 11% of annual gross salary (Cost to Company) for middle level positions and 14% of annual gross salary (Cost to Company) for senior and top level positions.

 

What procedure do you follow to claim your placement charges?

We send the bill in respect of the candidates immediately after their joining and the same is to be cleared within 15-20 days. We accept payment by DD/Cheque in favour of ‘ENGAGE” and through electronic fund transfer directly in our bank account (NEFT) for which account number will be provided on request.

 

What is the period for which you take guarantee if candidate leaves?

We provide free replacement of similar profile if candidate leaves as of his own within 90 days from the date of joining subject to our payment clearance within 20 days from the date of joining. The date of joining for all purposes will be the date when candidate start working on permanent, payroll, temporary, casual, on contract, on adhoc, on trial, on training, on job training or in any manner.

What is the procedure to place requisition?

Where is your office located and who is responsible person?

We have our office in New Delhi and Mr Umashanker Pandey is the only responsible person to take any decision.
